Idea Cellular — asking for bills without service and not shutting the number | |||
I am not able to get the signals in my idea sim and it was useless so have to move to other operator. I requested idea to turn off my number but every month they ask for bill payment to shut off the number and then don't shut it rather generate a new bill next month. Its happening since last 6 month they ask for bill payment without any services. Kindly get the number shut off and i am not going to buy any vodafone/idea number again in my life. My sim card is a Kerala number and I am now in Siliguri. I am unable to use my sim. I have tried restarting, inserting my sim again & even inserting it in another ohone. My sim still shows no service here in Siliguri, West Bengal. Please help resolve.
