[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Bad and unprofessional behaviour of Idea company's officials | |||
Dear sir, This is to inform you that I have been experiencing bad bad service from the Idea Company. The story in nut shell is hereunder; On 3rd of December, 2014 I had chosen an Idea Number-[protected] through your DSA who had sent me an SMS. I had given my ID proof, photo and Rs.250/- for getting the connection. After waiting for almost 10 days, an agent came to my house for physical verification and submitted his report to the company. I was waiting for the connection to start on Monday but got an email and sms that my request has been cancelled. It amazed me. Why my request has been cancelled. I have not been given a satisfactory answer for cancellation. Thank you very much for restricting me to get into Idea family, becoz i have been using vodafone service since 10 years and was interested to be your customer. But now I will never ever try to get any connection which relate to idea and advise my near and dear for the bad, unprofessional behaviour of idea company.. Please do something to get your reputation back since your appointed executives are just doing the job to put this company into bad light. with lots and lots of anger sukhdev singh [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
