[Resolved] Idea Cellular — balance amount not refunded

I have prepaid idea mobile sim no [protected].I have change my mobile operator from idea to Jio one month ago by way of MNP.At that time there was balance of rs.50 approximately in my idea prepaid account.Idea has not refunded my balance amount.While my postpaid Vodafone operater had refunded RS.19 excess amount to me by cheque after MNP to Jio.

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

As per recent communication on ...829 we have informed you that main balance amount can not be carried forward to the new operator post porting out.
