[Resolved] Idea Cellular — bill - cheating the customer | |||
I have posted the number from airtel idea two. Montha back and you confirmed no additional charge. The bill. Amount will be 330. Now from second month onwards i can see sms package, like that additional entity in bill which is ridiculous. I clearly asked to you is there any hidden charges during that time. And reply was big no. I can understand the roaming charges in new bill. This is clearly a cheating and i will take to customer court if this is not resolving asap.
