[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Bill exceeding my credit limit | |||||
I am working for an it firm, where only idea network provide good service. So i ported my number from vodafone to idea. First month (April) the bill was alright around rs.300 but next month (May) it was rs.4000. My concern is that as my limit is rs.2100 still i got such high bill. When i talked with them, they said credit limit is only for the calling not for the internet. So i asked them why you blocked my number on the very last of the billing cycle that was 4th june, i received this message "you have crossed your credit limit kindly pay rs 2167 to avoid service barring". So i did but when the bill generated the vary next day it was rs.4095. So can they explain on the very last day of my billing cycle how can the bill goes to rs.4095.
