[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Billing Issues and the inconvenience caused | |||||
I've been using idea postpaid number [protected] from past year and on 30th July I bought new number [protected] as per the norms stated by the idea for inter communication schemes. Suddenly, on 10th August, 2016 ; I received a message on both the numbers stating that my numbers are barred and the unbilled amount is 9527.76. It shocked me as 2 days before I did the payment of 1507 for my idea number and its just 10 days my new number is into activation stage. I called customer care for the same and I was not satisfied with the response I got. I chose 399 plan for my [protected] and on 6th August, 2016 I shifted to !Plan 999 in which I can choose 50 packs accordingly; So I chose 48 3G Packs and 1 STD and 1 Local Pack. Being in my usage limits, on 9th August, 2016; I again shifted to !Plan 199 and the next day I got my services barred without any prior notice. On 2nd September, my numbers came into use as barring being removed but the billed amount being generated as 11736.39 which is I've been using Airtel number also and I use to do that but never faced such problems. I don't think its appropriate to deal the customer like this, suddenly barring the services without any intimation. Kindly resolve this problem properly regarding the barring of both the numbers.
