[Resolved] Idea Cellular — calls barred in spite of clearing dues - issue number[protected]

I am using idea prepaid number in pathanamthita, kerala
My call facility was stopped temporarily on 06.01.2020 for pending dues of rs 305 with my previous server vodafone. I cleared the dues on 06.01.2020 at vodafone store in pathanamthita by cash payment and submitted the proof of payment at idea office. Calls not unbarred. I have spent so much time and energy regarding this matter this past two days.
