[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Complaint for Declining of Porting Request again and again : Mischievous Act :::: is a Criminal act | |||
[protected] is the number for which I made demand for porting on 07/06/2017..and then again on 29/06/2017 and Both times the Monthly bill was not only deposited but also sufficient Excess Money also deposited as to meeting the excess days required for porting.= During verification call from IDEA customer care (or concern department of Idea) I was offered for discount etc and deductions in Monthly Bill.. But I refused and requested to forward my porting request. But Later when even after 12-15 days porting my request date, no any response I received and also the number not ported to other service provider. Then I enquired at the concern service provider who informed me that the porting demand been declined by Idea Cellular, Second time also on date 30 June my porting request declined as telling me the reason of pending dues, which was shocking. For the first case, I visited to your Idea outlet where I got the information that the same is declined due to Rs 2/- unbilled amount, which was very shocking and strange.. When monthly bill was already generated, and also the payment was Cleared, and apart from this Extra payment was also done. How come there remains any pending dues?? Then it is strange that porting demand declined for the said reason o[censored]nbilled amount & pseudo pendencies!! What was then checked by concern verifying person(s) in the account. How said demand of porting declined When Extra amount was in Credit after payment of Monthly Bill.. How it remains unbilled for an amount of Rs 2/- and why not credit money was checked & updated in system, when the account was to be closed against porting request demand?? Due to this declination I had to make a fresh porting demand again on 29 June, which had wasted my time and caused me great trouble. It is not good that in the rivalry with your Competent competitor You decline the customer's requirement unlawfully, using unfair means. Due to Your this Jealous attitude against your competitor service provider and act against your dignity I faced problems, irreparable losses, trouble and tension and also felt insulted. For which I demand for a Compensation of Rs 50, 000/- (Ten Thousands). I request to revert with your convincing reply, and payment of Compensation amount.. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am not using postpaid but still I am paying bill from January this year, tried to change to prepaid but the store people are least responsible in helping out.
Now I am fed up and raised a porting request on[protected], still now my number is not released and I am being asked to raise a request again. After waiting for 23 mins on line your customer care executive disconnected my call.
After paying outstanding amount only I raised port request, How many times should I do that. Such disgusting service you provide ??
I want my number to be released immediately, I do not want to raise again, If you are not processing I am not going to pay your bills (as I am not using it anyway).
MY DAD IS AN ADVOCATE AND I CAN VERY WELL POST A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT FOR THIS TORTURE IF YOU ARE NOT RELEASING MY NUMBER TO AIRTEL.
If you are not ready to provide good service when customers stay, at least do that when they opt out of network.
