SIR, I AM IDEA PREPAID USER CUSTOMER AND I WANTED TO DEACTIVATE THE INTERNET SERIVICES ON MY NUMBER. I REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES BY LOG IN AND CUSTOER CARE TOO. BUT TILL DATE I COULDNOT GET ANY RESULTS. I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION TO CHANGE THE IDEA SIM PLEASE IN MY FAVOUR PLEASE DEACTIVATE THE INTERNET SERVICE .
