Dear sir/madam, I have debited 22 rs on 25/12/2017 without any information and i have not downloaded anything than why debited from my a/c. My mobile num is [protected]. I have complaint in idea consumer but there are no positive response also they had hold my call why not give proper response from them. Your executive said me they will give return balance but there were closed my request. My request id is sr no.[protected] but balanced not received yet.
