[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Deducting balance without any usage | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I had port my vodafone number to idea. And just after porting process has completed, I realised that my balance is deducting on regular basis without any usage. When I tried to call on customer care number, customer care executive receives my call and disconnect the call after hearing my issue. This had happened to me almost 8-10 times. I request you to please take some strict action against this company so that they will refund the amount that they had deducted without any reason.
