[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Deduction of Rs. 29/- in the name of mydala

My account was deducted with an amount of Rs. 29/- for the activation of some stupid my dala deal on 15.02.2017. I got a text from Idea that Rs. 29/- has been deducted for downloading my dala powered deal from my dala.
Before that text, i did not know what the hell my dala is, so how can i even access for it and download anything.
After that when i search for my dala i got to know that it is an app. App doesnot charge any amount for installation and here i have not installed any app but downloaded a deal that too without visiting the particular site and downloading app.
When i contacted customer care, they are repeating only one line like parrot that i might have downloaded something because of which the amount has been deducted.
I dont understand that how can i download a deal without even visiting the site or app of my dala or idea, further in every app or every site before activating anything the site ask for the number to be entered manually for which i want to activate the deal, how can it automatically gets activated and amount has been deducted. NEW WAY OF LOOTING THE CUSTOMERS AND MAKING FOOL OF THEM.
Further even if any of the deal is activated in any of the app then how is it possible that i did not get any of the promotional text from mydala till now but only one text from idea about the deduction.
Isn't it strange that we had paid for something and we dont know what it is for or what are the benefits we'll get.
There are numerous complaints from the customers of idea regarding deduction of the amount for this non sense mydala or i can say that the internet is flooded with this type of complaints that means i am not the only victim. The only solution to this is to stop recharging on idea as when there will be no amount then what will be decduted.

IDEA SHOULD UNDERSTAND THIS THAT BY DOING SUCH THINGS IT IS NOT PROMOTING MY DALA BUT PUTTING ITS GOODWILL AT SAKE, SPECIALLY AT THIS TIME WHEN JIO IS HOLDING NUMBER ONE POSITION/CHOICE AMONG THE INDIANS OR MAKING EACH AND EVERY EFFORT TO RETAIN ITS CUSTOMERS.

I WANT MY ENTIRE MONEY BACK WHICH WAS DEDUCTED WRONGLY.

I received a call from 9763100136. It was not resolved as she was also repeating the same sentence which customer service executive was saying when i called customer care aftee deduction of amount that i might have used some paid service or have clicked on some paid service due to which the amount has been deducted. They are only repeating there one liner and are not willing to listen to the customers point of view that he/she has not clicked on anything as for clicking the thing has to be come on screen. I had used the same sites on that day also which i use almost daily. In history also i had not seen anything related to dala. Very much disappointed.
Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have received a call and There is no regretion from your side and it seems that everything is useless as you guys are also repeating the same content which the customer care executives has already told me. You guys are aware of only one sentence and you are only repeating that point and doesn't concern about the customer point of view that the customer has not used any paid service or has not clicked any unknown source so how can the money be deducted and deal acn be activated. If i had used any paid service or site then why would i have been complaining about the deduction and that was not the first time when we had used internet.. We use it daily and almost the same sites daily so how could any paid service can be used by me or i have clicked on any paid site, even if i had clicked then my point of view is i would have known that i have done something wrong and because of which my money has been deducted but here i am telling you that i have not clicked used any paid service, i didnt even knew about my dala before and all the sites which i surf daily was only used on that day when the amount was deducted so how come i have not read or seen anything about mydala after that just because that day i was using idea internet and now i dont. Even the history is not showinh anything related to this stupid dala.

Well if you have got my point then return the amount otherwise dont call me and bother me to repeat your one liner again and again.

Every problem has a solution and solution of this problem is not to recharge on IDEA ever.

I had written in my complaint above that i had already received a call from the executive and i am not satisfied as you guys are repeating the same point (better read everything thoroughly) and if you have got my view point then better return the amount otherwise dont call me as i dont want to listen to your same one liner or reason again and again.

I had been charged in my bill cycle account with an amount of Rs. 29/- for the activation of some stupid Mydala (WAP Download) I got a bill from Idea that Rs. 29/- has been charged in for downloading Mydala powered deal from Mydala.
I did not know what the hell Mydala is, so how can i even access for it and download anything.
This is illegally cheating by idea, if that was the case why don't u people cheat directly, this was the bad experience in my life charged for that, I don't know what the hell is Mydala First apol you idea people you don't know to provide proper network, now u people started cheating in The name of Mydala that I have downloaded it.
Great better I will quite your network only.
