Idea Cellular — Delay in activation of desired facilities/Services

Dear sir, I wish to complain about Adit & Riya info Services Idea post paid Distributor. that I purchased on 1/7/2015 new post paid connection.Hi I’m Nirmal patel having number [protected] Applied for number portability from Docomo to Idea at 1/07/2015. The Docomo has disconnected the service at 11/07/2015 then I put my new Idea sim card but I’m not able to access Idea connection. Network is not coming. I think Idea sim has not been activated. I am complaining because sim activation is not good & poor service.To resolve this problem. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Karan mishra Mobile number.( Adit & Riya Info Services)and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because Delay in activation of desired facilities/Services I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 2 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. Regard, Nirmal Patel,
