[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — DISCREPENCY IN GPRS BILLING

My Idea no. is [protected] and I am very dissatisfied with the GPRS Billing amount that has been levied from last three months.Though I have no problem with the August Billing but I really want to know how the Idea Cellular has charged me Rs 878.64 .<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I have spoken to 3-4 customer care executives from last 2 days but no one has the answer to my question. The problem has started when I have started using 3G internet as my internet Plan. Firstly, customer don't get regular msgs for the data that has been consumed and how much has been left for the Usage according to the Internert Plan.Its only after we receive the Bills then one comes to know that the msg we receive and the MB which has been consumed (after calling Customer care) is totally different. Secondly, Customer care admits that they have not sent timely msgs as per their records so the customer has to bear the over utilized MB. (I fail to understand why these Co.s stop mgs for available MB when one EXCEEDS its Limits, I guess just money making Business) Thirdly, I have contacted Ajay Thakur (Customer care executive) for which he said that I would get reversal for July Billing ; which NEVER turned Up and eventually I had to pay the Bill. 3 Days back I spoken to executives : Rinku Ram, Amandeep Singh who have different calculations to justify my GPRS billing Then today I got a call from a lady[protected] who actually tried to justify but said would call back but I am still waiting. Lastly, when I was using 3G, which according to executive charge 5p/MB on the Extras MB used my billing came to Rs 802.44 in the month of July for 9, 79, 855.32 GPRS Vol. Usage on 376 Extra MB consumed by me. Then how come when i have I have been charged Rs 878.64 for 5, 93, 830.21 GPRS Vol. Usage on 104MB Extra MB (4P/MB) She kept on telling me its on Prorata basis might I have been charged Service Tax or 3G charges has been levied. But when my Billing Plan for 3G has run from 1st Sep-8th Sep and 2G has been converted from 9th Sep itself. CAN ANYONE KEEP A TRANSPARENT SYSTEM HOW YOU GUYS ACTUAL PUT ON CHARGES.IT IS REALLY SHAMEFUL THAT I DID'NT GET ANY CLARITY FOR THE 2 BILLS I HAVE ALREADY PAID.
