[Resolved] Idea Cellular — failed recharge but money deducted

I did two idea recharge via ideacellular.com worth 347/- on 7/09/2017 and did payment using net banking of my icici account on my idea number [protected], of which only one was successful but two times money was deducted from my account as shown in my account statement (Pic included below) with no refund for the failed recharge. However, my idea account shows only one recharge (Picture included). The bill number are -
(1) bil/[protected]/pgmib-/ideacellular_ji
(2) bil/[protected]/pgmib-/ideacellular_ji
Please look into the issue.
