[Resolved] Idea Cellular — false promise and poor customer support | |
I am an idea customer from last 12 years. I have a nirvana plan from last one year. I was receiving sms and call regarding free amazon prime membership with the plan. I have activated/availed the free service from the idea on 30th may as per the procedure explained by the call center people. I got my bill on 6th june. I found that there are two rows for amazon prime in the bill. First row has 0 charges and second row have charges of 999/- + taxes for amazon prime. I called customer care. They were not ready to register the complaint. The reason they gave is that first one we have given you free and second one charged for same number. I asked how can i have two membership for same number. On that she said you have not followed the procedure. I request her to register the complaint for the same. They are not ready to refund the amount and not able to explain the reason behind the charges.
