[Resolved] Idea Cellular — for not activating my number | |||
I ported my aircel network to idea in velachery branch and paid rs.229 as frc on march 2nd. But till now my number is not activated and getting very poor response from the store staffs. I asked my money back. But they are not responding. My aircel mobile is [protected] and have registered in banks and gas agency. I am unable to receive my otp since you are not activating my number. I waited for more than 20days. Still no help grom your side. Please do the needful. Please return my money back or activate my number. They are convincing me for postpaid which i am not interested. I got surprised msg of thanking you for downloading Filmfare awards from IZ Idea CMS and I am charged rs 71 sir l do not know about Filmfare awards and I do not want to download this content again and again please stop this activity and please refund my charged balance.
