Hi Sir, Just wanted to inform you that when i called to Idea customer care to verify the offer (698 Unlimited local/STD calls for 28D) and got response, Yes this offer is available on your number. After confirmation i recharged the same amount to my Idea number - [protected] on 18-Nov-16 and received SMS with mentioning recharge successful, Your all L/STD calls are free till 28 D from today. I contacted customer care regularly 3 times in a day and today 20-Nov-16 @ 5:30 PM i got response from Sr. Executive that i am not able to get this offer now and your amount Rs698 goes in-vain.
