[Resolved] Idea Cellular — fraudulent case transaction

Dear ideamoney,

Today someone did a fraud transaction from my account using ideamoney. Please help me.

I got a call from stranger (Named sarika joshit) on 15/02/2018 and she told that they are calling from hdfc credit card department / payindia phone number – [protected].
They told that because of i have not redeem my reward points of credit card, they can send money rs 4865+4879+4921 (Three transaction debit) to my any other debit card.
Smartly they have taken my card detail and did transaction.
I am giving transaction detail below –

Pur/ideamoney/mumbai/ideamoney/seq no 150218

Request you to please cancel this transaction and revert back my money.
I have send mail to [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com for same.

I have observed in others complaints that all these fraud calls are coming from uttar pradesh from below mobile numbers -
