[Resolved] Idea Cellular — harassment by idea/idea employees | |||||
Request to registered complaints of harassment towards me by your customer service, negative attitude & lies of idea employees and take appropriate action. 1. It all started around 3 month back, idea company employees & customer service started calling me everyday (2-3 times) for porting to idea cellular service. After around 15 days of back to back call from idea i got frustrated and told them to port, as i don't want to receive any more calls from them. They told me the scheme that i would be charged 289 rs & will get 20 gb of 4g or lte data. First complaint is your company employees harassed me by calling me everyday even though i already told i don't want to do porting. 2. After porting to idea, i got 15gb of 3g data or may be it was 20gb of 3g data, i don't know exactly because it was shown 15gb initially in myidea app. I called customer care & they told me they don't have 4g or lte services in idea delhi. I told them to register complaint toward it. I never got a call back from customer care regarding what happened to my complaint. The customer care service assured me that my 4g will be activated in a week. But it did after 2 months in september. My second complaint is your customer service did not told me the truth & did not give proper response regarding the same. 3. After 2 month, i received a call from idea employee that my due is pending from my previous operator, i told him ok i will clear that, tell me how to clear it. He told me i have to go to airtel store to do the same. So i asked him why should i have to go to airtel store. He told me as we can't do it from our side. I told him when you were porting my sim, when you wanted me as your customer i never visited any place. It was all done at my house & working location. But now i have to go to airtel store. So it did not made any sense to me and why should i waste half day. I asked him if there is your supervisor or anyone who can help me please connect me to him. He did not connect me to anyone even after i told him i don't want to talk to him, just connect me to someone superior to you. So the third complaint is if you don't know how to give services to customer why you have all these fake care promises. 4. Finally, today my number is barred, i can't make calls & use my data even though all my bills are cleared from idea. After talk to customer service in the morning. As your customer services have no sense or idea how to deal with customer i thought why should i risk loosing my number and visited airtel store, cleared my dues which they told me 381rs. I cleared the dues still my number is not activated. I sent the transaction screenshot to the number provided by divya na at 12pm which is [protected]. After 2 hours of wait i again called customer service. Rekha na, don't have any sense, respect toward customer told me visit airtel store. I told her that i visited it and cleared due which they told me 381rs, she told me its 495rs shown here. Instead of telling me that ok sir we are looking in this matter and will resolve this issue asap i felt negative attitude from her side. I then told her all my situation and asked to register complaints towards idea service she then transferred my call to ravina yadav which told me she don't have access to any helping team which could listen to all my complaints. She can't generate any complaint. She can't mail helpdesk & can't connect me to any other person who can help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
