[Resolved] Idea Cellular — I am complaining about not activating my mobile no [protected] after converting from post paid to prepaid | |||
Dear sir/ madam My self dev raj mobile no [protected] had requested for converting my postpaid no. To prepaid on dated 09/12/2016 at idea store ropar m/s grewal enterprises shop no. 2903, college road, ropar - 160047 I submit my aadhar and personal passport size photo and they gave me new sim saying that it will be activated after 3 days. But since then i visited 3 times at office and called personally on their office contacts [protected], [protected] and also called customer care but my no is not activated.
