[Resolved] Idea Cellular — I have paid all amount of previous operator | |||
My mobile number '[protected]' and account number with vodafone was '[protected]', against which the payment has been done. payment receipt has been sent to 'welcomesupport.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com' three days back. My same ported number with Idea has been barred for out going calls and data services since last three days. I have informed at idea customer care 10 times, but no action has been taken as yet. Idea customer care executive is neither connecting to senior nor registering complaint. If they do not activate the services by today. I will port out my number from Idea.
