I have been with idea broadband for past 8 months and so sorry to say that i am very much dissatisfied with the current speed and also i am moving away from my current place, so don't want to continue it, can you help with the disconnection of service for this month. Tried calling your toll free number: [protected]. But its never gets connected. Please help me with the current issue. Was expecting your representative to pull down the connection but unfortunately, nothing happened.
Indeed the above request got closed and account moved to Suspended.
Still, all the wires and connectivity lies in my house.
Can you please help me with the same.

We would like to inform you, that to get the call details for the Idea contact number you can mark an e-mail on [email protected] or else you can send a SMS to get the invoice with the complete details that is for EBILL- EBILL<space>MONTH e.g: EBILL<space>JAN and send it to 12345. If in case your e-mail id is not registered with us we request you to first register your e-mail id by following these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space>e-mail address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>xyz@gmail.com. However, we'll be unable to provide you the incoming call details. As only chargeable transactions can be tracked by the operators.
