Hi,

I had a idea post paid connection with number: [protected] having 349 segment plan.

I submit the following for your kind necessary action:
I have been charged rs.149/- extra in the name of feature charges for last three months.

I really don't understand what this feature charges are.

Please revert back my money for last two months and i look forward to receiving a rectified bill for september month.

Please find attached screen shots for last three months bills and each month bill having separate charges for roaming and additionally we have feature charges.

What is the feature charges? And may I know why should I pay this for this for every month.

See here we have a separate amount for roaming charges, now you are also charging the roaming feature what is this.

Really I don't understand what is feature charges? What is the purpose of these charges? As customer I want complete explanation on why should I pay this amount.

We have separate category for roaming charges and you billed for that. From your single word explanation I can't understand what do think about customers.

'As checked' means on what against you verified.
As a company representative this is not a right of dealing with customer.

Please refund my amount which was paid for last two months and ammended bill for this month bill.

I really don't understand if you provide the one feature then only you will be bill for that feature usage. Here you are billing that feature also.

Is this activation charges for only one month or every month.
