[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea officers change plan anytime without customers permission

Hello sir my name gaurav kumar mobile number [protected]. I portin my number idea potpaid before two moths. I ask for activate 99 plan. But plan is activated of 199. I complaint using email of idea email but no any resulation given me from email during period. Then my idea number is disconnect from idea due to bill not paid then i pay my bill. Today i recive bill according to 349. Plan. Now again change plan without any permission. Please solve out this issue no one ready to help i visit also idea showroom they are misbehave with me.

Updated by prince kairo I recived calls from idea team. They ask plan is activated from my permission. Thats wrong i am not activate this plan. I ask everytime for 99 plan. But now i will see u in consumer court. Because i m not satisfy from idea team given information they give me wrong info and make me fool.

Updated by prince kairo Aapki team ney hme contact kiya. Unoho k pass hmara koi resulation nahi bol rage hai idea showroom visit kre. Idea showroom ki madam se baat hui jaha se number liya tha wo bol rahe hai jaha complaint krni hai kro.

We would like to inform you that, mobile operator can provide outgoing details call only. To know your outgoing call details, send SMS to 12345 from same number. SMS format EBILL<space>MON Eg: EBILL<space> JAN. If your Email Id is not registered with us first register your Email Id Follow these steps send EMAILID<space> Email. address to 12345. For ex EMAILID<space>xyz@gmail.com.
