Idea Cellular — idea phone secure claim rejected for no reason, a fraud

My claim no. Is [protected], i had made a claim of my phone's display not working as i myself had fallen down as i had slipped in which my phone was damaged accidentally.

Initially i had problems uploading claim documents, i was told to upload documents within 5 days and there was size limit error, i was unable to upload even a single document on their website idea. Dsspro.in. So i emailed them all my documents and screenshots of errors about files not being uploaded.

Whoever uploaded those documents from their side didn't upload all documents. 2 days later on 15th of august, i got an email from them saying documents incomplete and that they didn't receive images of phone's box and upload within 5 days.

I called them and told them to upload that specific file which they didn't upload. Re - emailed them those specific document.

And the person from their side uploaded all documents which were already uploaded and along with that uploaded screenshots of errors as documents of clai, that too on tuesday - 18 august 2020 - afternoon 4pm, after reminding them multiple times to upload them. I have also recorded the calls.

Today after checking claim status on website, it says claim repudiated (Refused), there was no reason mentioned why it was rejected. I also did-not receive any email as stated by their website about why it was rejected
(Screenshots attached). They still haven't verified those documents, and without verifying, without any reason, they have rejected the claim

Today (19 august 2020) at 6 pm i called them, no one is there to answer the call. No way to speak to a representative.

Vodafone - idea, is this a fraudulent scheme?

Upon speaking with their Customer Representative, I got to know that my claim was rejected due to the reason that I made claim after 24 months of manufacturing date which is totally false. My Device manufacturing month and year is September 2018 . After I told the same to them, I got a reply that they don't count 24th month, which is fraudulent

It contradicts there terms and conditions as stated in their handout - section 3, clause no 27 stating that "Any loss where the month of import or month of manufacturing is more than or equal to 24 months at the time of claim" is invalid . This no way states that 24th month isn't counted. This is just a lame excuse on their behalf.
