Idea Cellular — idea prepaid card got deactivated

I am an idea customer, i took my sim card from kerala, india. Currently i'm living in munich, germany.
My idea prepaid sim card got deactivated / not showing any signal from 4 days before. I didn't get any notification regarding this deactivation of incoming messages. There was enough balance.
When i checked all previous messages there it was saying that "outgoing validity will be ended"only. So usually incoming should be there. Because i didn't even get any notice period or so. When i recharged immediately it's still not working.

Its seems unfair for customers, this number is linked with many of my necessary accounts. So i can't simply ignore this issue.

When i try to call the kerala idea customer service center for registering my issue from another number, it's saying all executives are busy or not responding. What can i do? How can i solve the issue from being outside of india?

I would like to get immediately resolve this issue.
