My mobile no is [protected]. I need details of my missed call details of 2017 november. I accidentally deleted all call logs from my phone. I urgently needed a number which i given a missed call. It's very urgent. I tried to view on idea portal but no details on missed calls. Verified Support Dec 20, 2017 Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Sorry for the trouble caused. We are sorry to inform you that we unable to provide the missed call details for your given number. However, you can get ebill of your call logs by registering your mail id, for this you need to send sms of EMAILID<space> your mail id and send it to 12345.After updation of emial address, you can mail us at [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com mentioning the month/ duration for which bill is required.
