[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea service issue | |||||
I made 398rs recharge on my idea number [protected]. After complaining i got answer that your mobile has 1800mhz which is not supported on your mobile. Need to buy another mobile. Other operator like jio, vodafone is working fine. I got only 2g network in that mobile. Now they suggest to change mobile or use 2g speed internet. Very bad service provided by idea.
