[Resolved] Idea Cellular — illegally deducted my balance | |
My rs. 63/- balance was illegally deducted. I got sms on[protected] that najara animation is downloaded. I called customer care but they don't have any concern about this.. I want my balance back because i haven't download anything. I checked my whole phone memory, memory card, web history, apps but there is no any existence of najara animation.
