[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Increase bill plan without information | |||||
Dear Idea, You have increase my rent without intimation. There has been no communication from your side regarding rent increment. Without informing customer how you can increase my rent and prepare bill accordingly. This is fraud. I want my money back else will have to port my number to vodafone. In total we have four connection in my family. We will port all four connection. We dont want to be with such company who increase bill just for its own sake without informing customer.
