Idea Cellular — lack of range - continuous breakdown in idea service to 2g phones | |||
My idea phone is again on the blink. It came to life for 10 days. Essentially for a better part of 2 months it is not working... I wrote to their team about a refund on the payment but they have been side stepping the issue ever since. It is a sad commentary on the state of telecom in india. And, to think that idea is thinking of increasing the monthly tariff. I am not sure if this is right. Some people should go to court on this for sure! They are already earning a lot from call drops and lack of service. Why should idea numbers in certain specific area go on a blink which are housed in 2g handsets? This is a mystery i am unable to solve. Also, the total apathy of idea service team and their executives is beyond belief. That company should be closed down for sure. I complained to trai too... There too no response! They think it is an individual issue. I am now wondering what is happening in the telecom sector itself. We look to go to mars etc. And here idea cellular cannot resolve a small tower related issue???!!! I called up an executive (Not to be named now) to check who i can take the matter with and she instead started giving me some simplistic solutions like go to an idea store (Which i have already done) to nothing.in the end, when i got agitated with her over simplification, she said i was rude. I think idea cellular is not only rude to me they are criminals for charging me and yet they are not providing me the service required. Was this information helpful? | |||
