[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Last bill after porting is disappropriate | |||||
I have Ported out of Idea to AIRTEL since your internet was not working for more than a week. When I ported our data I used was less than 200 MB, but when I received my final bill it was on pro rata for 15 days and you said we have charged you for 500 MB data use on 15 days. my question is 1) If a customer is porting out due to no internet, how can you charge him for use of data? 2) First you send me bill of Rs 330 and later you send me bill of Rs 33946.94. is this what you offer to customers. I wont pay my bill until you charge me only for 200 MB data. My no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
