Idea Cellular Ltd. — Excess Bill _ Fraud By Idea Customer Care Executive | |||
Hi, I am an Idea post paid customer. i have received excess charges in my bill on account of WAP download though i have not downloaded any data and even though i have data package on my cell number. Spoke with idea executive but got reply that they cannot help me in this matter. So i had applied for the portability to vodafone as i this is the second time they are charging me extra charges. After that i got a call from idea customer care executive to know the reason of port. I explained him the reason. He told me to pay Rs 440 and idea will give me the waiver of extra amount. I paid Rs 450 . Today they disconnected my outgoings. I called customer care . they said there is no request. U need to pay all amount.
