On the outset, it is very hard to believe that why the whole lots of you are behaving in this manner. On 16.10.2013, I have spoken to Tapans Manager(cant recall his name now), who at that time has assured me that the matter has been closed forever, further no more bills will raise in this celluar no, and he was suppose to write it on a email, acknowledging the same, with the receipt for the bill payement (InvoiceNo:[protected], and also others bills softcopy, on the very same day. I have requested him for the hard copy of the receipt, but he suggest me to take out a printout of the softcopy.He have also called up my wife, and told the same thing. After his commitment, 3 days have passed away, and i am still waiting for his email. I simply cant understand, why this process is taking so long, or do it, have some other unfair means. Please understand that I dont have the time for whole day to sit and chase you, you must have some responsibility as a manager.
I just like to know, is this some kind of joke, or the persons employed with Idea Celluar Ltd., do normally behave with customers in this manner, harass and torture mentally.
By the way, just to remind you that i have spoken with Tapans Manager on 16.10.2013 at 13.03hrs for 10 mins 15 secs, and not on 15.10.2013, as you have mentioned above. Please do be specific and verify before updating. But the matter is still pending, as I have not received any acknowledgement, neither the softcopy of the receipt, as committted by Tapans Manager.

On the outset, let me inform you that I was out of town for a while, so unable to reply.But it is very unproffesional from your end regarding my matter.I dont know, why I have to poke you like kids all the time.Firstly, Mr.Sanjay Mukherjee, Manager, spoken to me last on 25.11.2013, and as per my previous demands and his commitment on it, nothing has proceed so far.Each time he is coming with some vague promises, which have no link with his previous commitment.I have asked him simply for the receipt, which he initially told that it was with Tapan and Tapan also admitted the same and forwarded the receipt no. through sms on 10.11.2013., but on 16.11.2013 & 25.11.2013 when he called to solve the matter, he is totally denying from the fact, and telling me straight, that he cant provide the same. At this point, I am putting a question in front of you- Who you are trying to save? Coz, everything started witth this receipt no.After paying the amount, my wife has to receive threat calls from Mr.Vikram Rana, (Mobile No.[protected]) on 09.11.2013, who introduces himself as Advocate, and threatens my wife that they will take the matter to the local police station, and the police will handle it as per their will.My wife has gone through so much of mental pressure, anxiety, pain, sleepless night, which is unable to express, she has even fallen ill for a couple of weeks.She was so afraid that she couldnot pick the phone, thinking that it could be some Mr.Rana, threatning her for legal action.For whose fault my wife has to go through all this, just because Tapan didnt pay the amount, or as per Sanjay it is the fault of MIC department.I dont know who is trying to save the other, it looks like your team is trying to save oneanother, and transferring the whole thing to the innocent customer.But instead of verifying the same at your end, Mr.Rana, just called and threaten my wife for legal action, how can you do this, without any proper documentation.I want to see an end to it, now its going too far, either you come up with some fruitful compensation, or we have to sort it out in some other way.Dont you feel, that you should compensate, for all this harrasment, mental torture and life threatning.I thought without reminding you, you will do this, but it seems you need a push.
By the way, I have also asked Mr Sanjay, to give an acknowledgement in writing, but as per his nature, he promise the same over phone, but afterwards he prefer not to respond.Is this any kind of mockery or what.Everytime he spoke over phone, but there is no written commitment from his end, and this is the reason he shifts himself from his previous conversation.
Now this matter is going out of hand, please look into it with utmost seriousness, and compensate in the right way.It seems like you dont have any feeling for this torturing.It was by the grace of the God, that I interven in the middle, otherwise you all have already planned to put my wife behind the bars, which would actually ruin our image & status socially, how can you play with our lives.And this time please do give a specific reason to it, and also try to compensate in its true meaning.
Hope you will look into the matter right away, and this time make it on pen & paper.
