[Resolved] Idea Cellular Ltd — regarding unwanted balance deduction and not providing service | |||
hello i am a idea cellular customer of orissa circle and my no. is [protected]. my name is adarsh choudhury this connection is in my name. i have paid a very high amount for this no. as it is a premium number and i cant leave. no other customer use idea network as a postpaid rather they use prepaid connection, inspite all this i have taken a postpaid connection thinking that being a highly reputed company like idea cellular limited (Aditya Birla) will give best of service to their customers but all i got was opposite of it. it is disgusting that been a highly reputed company will treat me as a valueless customer as i have faced and having lot of problems mentioning under below: 1. i am not receiving my monthly bill in time rather receiving the same after a month from the due date of the payment, and when i complained about the same at the end of the due date the executive of your customer care comparatively solving my matter he suggests me to pay the bill or i will be charged late fees for the non payment of bill. 2. to get the bill in time i had called your customer care and activated e-bill given my mail id to your customer care representative as [protected]@gmail.com by spelling each and every word but your uneducated executive took it as [protected]@gmell.com. this clearly shows are untrained, uneducated and even don't know the alphabets "a" of the english grammar and when i complained about this problem the executive inspite doing the needful he started arguing. 3.they have unnecessarily have charged me a gprs bill of aroud rs 200 although i had a gprs pack of 1gb duly confirmed from your customer care. 4. i have tried to change my plan for rs 149 rental pack since last 15 days but till date the same haven't been done by your representative and now they are saying the 149 plan has been waved off and only old customer can enjoy the benefits. atlast but not the least you are at the liberty to do as per your suitability. but i have no other way left than to knock the door and take shelter of law in sambalpur orissa as i am residing here. your company has fully harassed me and given me mental harassment as i am continuously calling your representative around five times a day since last 10 days.
