[Resolved] Idea Cellular — message from 58595 with voicemail | |||
Since last 6-7 days i have been recieving a message with voicemail from the above number. I have tried contancting idea customer care and evertime i have recieved differe things to try. Once i was told that it is my handset problem and you should go get it checked. Actually when something is wrong idea customer care blames on the phone (I couldnt send messages once upon a time and i was told it was my handset problem, and i told them how come other sim card work on it), so this time i tried it on different handset and i keep getting same message. Then i was told to write stop to 593350, still problem is going on. Once i was told just go to idea store we cant do anything. Another problem is communication, the customer care provider thinks we are so dumb and we dont know anything, and when u select english it only goes to hindi. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have recieved a message saying it is not resolved and i should contact customer care with the refrence number. But i have tried that many time and they are of no help.

Please help same problem is happening with me too. I have received attached message from given number with voice mail. I asked idea customer service to deactivate the service as i have not subscribe for it. They asked me the same to send a 'stop' message. I asked them to do this from their end and i guess they have stopped this message but the voice mail notification is still popping up. And i m not able to remove this feature from my phone (I'm using oneplus 5t if it may help you). I contacted idea customer support so many time and they keep repeating only one scripted line currently ' we have no service regarding voicemail.' when i asked them the problem and please provide the solution they keep repeating the above scripted line. When i told them k you are failing to give solutions and support they add 'sorry' word and again repeated the same scripted line. So my problem is how to remove that notification and stop popping it so many time on my screen?
