[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Mis selling | |||
Hi team i was missold, i was having airtel connection i got a call from an agent who said you can port in to idea network wherein the rental will be 350 unlimited calls with 1gb of 3g free, i switch to idea thinking its a great offer but later on once then sim got activated i got a letter to confirm the same when i checked in the welcome letter i will be only getting 3000 minutes free, i made a complaint i got a call from the complaint team saying we cannot do anything i asked them to release my number and they haven't done it, i want go legal against them tell me what can i do to sue them, i am also looking for compensation a huge amount and also termination of the ceo, waste services provider, Was this information helpful? | |||
