[Resolved] Idea Cellular Mobile — Fraudulent deduction of prepaid balance | |||
Rs 200/- was recharged to Idea Mobile vide operator reference no. WB[protected], Paytm Order No [protected] at 3:52 pm, Feb 07 2016 was done through a/c of my brother. A few Rs. only used. But After two days I noticed that the balance came down to Rs. 3/- . On inquiry, customer care told it is too late to recover. ?????????? I want back my hard earned money. ??????????????????
