महोदय मैने मेरे आइडिया मो.न. [protected] पर my idea aap के माध्यम से 449rs का रिचार्ज किया जो कि मेरे idea aap में मौजूद 50rs का कूपन लागू होने के बाद 399rs का भुगतान amazon upi के माध्यम से 5 अगस्त 2020 को साय 4:47 पर किया लेकिन मेरा भुगतान पूर्ण होने के बाद मुझे इसका कोई लाभ नहीं मिला और ना ही पैसा वापस खाता में आया मैने इसके बारे में आइडिया कंपनी में दो बार शिकायत दर्ज करवाया लेकिन कोई संतोजनक जवाब नहीं मिला शि. न.
