[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — my idea rejected

Dear sir,
I'm using idea sim, my sim number is [protected], 1 week ago my sim card has closed, than i contact idea store, they told me i had panding previous vodafone bill payment, they told me u can pay your bill than your no will start. I payed my bill 9th september, and i send mail there i paid my bill, and on 10th september my number parmanent closed, i contacted there but they no one give me right reason. Please tell them they start my number back. And my second no is [protected] they can contact me. Thank you
