Idea Cellular — My new connection cancelled without my request | |||||
Had ported from airtel to idea thinking the customer service would be better but its not..its worst till now, had applied for a new connection along with porting number, got a new SIM (NUMBER. [protected] [protected]) after two weeks i got the number [protected], now when following came to know it has been cancelled, and says i had requested cancellation while i didvnot requested cancellation, they did it on their own. need a reply from the company and a new connection and refund too Was this information helpful? | |||||

i thinks someone from idea customer care is doing it on purpose, its been 3 weeks now, need a proper reply on who is putting a cancellation request on behalf of me without my consent..
