Hi sir/mam, I am writing this complaint for the reason of idea cellular network issue. Last 2 weeks in my office location idea network is fully down. This network down issue facing 2 times in last 2 months. Last time after calling customer care after 8 to 10 days take to resolved the issue but this time after calling customer care nothing action taken from last 4 to 5 days. My mob no. After upgrading my idea sim from 3g to 4g today, I am not abale to recieve text messgaes as well as OTPs. Although I can make calls, recieve cals, send sms. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. My no. is [protected]
