[Resolved] Idea Cellular — network issue unresolved compensation regarding

My mobile network is not working as it's shows forbidden no networks available.. Actually my sim belongs to ap now i'm in bangalore.. It worked fine for some days.. From last 3 days not working. Complaint given but no response from their side.. They closed the issue with out getting resolved and saying 'we regret inconvenience caused' again i called customer service they re escalated the issue saying we will resolve it with in a span of time.. But not yet done.. Because of this i'm loosing everything.. My transaction otp's are linked to this number.. My projects are getting rejected.. Who will compensate for it? I asked them can i get new sim card on same number.. If yu fail to resolve the issue that s not a problem for me.. For that also they are not responding.. I need an immediate action from them or they need to compensate me on daily basis till my issue was resolved.. Here are the sr numbers.. I had sent a mail to Idea Cusomer care about the safe custody and post that i did not get any revert on mail and now idea customer is denying about any mail received from my end .

I am attaching all evidence of mail.

I unable to use idea 4G internet under my idea Postpaid plan..My idea 4g plan 289 +52=341 rupees monthly rental..But I unable to use proper internet in my working place.ie.railway mechanical workshop north eastern railway gorakhpur
