[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — network not available

I am using idea netwrk since 2years. But now i have network issues. I can't use data.3g and 4g are too slow. Frequently complainted to custmare care bt they give temporary solution again mobile data speed become slow. For sending one image or document i will spent 1 hour that is the condition. I am tired o[censored]sing this poor mobile network. Sometimes calls also not wrking, i can hear bt others not hear my voice during calling. When i called idea custmcare they said the problem o[censored]sing htc desire phone. Then why i dnt have any problem before. Definitely its your network problem. My no is [protected]

However, we are in process to prioritize your area to ensure better coverage and when the site is planned you will be duly informed.

I am using Idea network from more than 2 years and today I am not able to make calls nor receive calls ( Jan 24th 2018 ). Call gets disconnected soon after ( 4Sec ) after attending or while dialing. Is there any known issue going on, if so by when it will be resolved.

We would like to inform you, that to get the call details for the Idea contact number you can mark an e-mail on [email protected] or else you can send an SMS to get the invoice with the complete details that is for EBILL- EBILL<space>MONTH e.g: EBILL<space>JAN and send it to 12345. If your e-mail id is not registered with us first register your e-mail id follow these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space> e-mail address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>xyz@gmail.com. Also, you can check your outgoing call details in My Idea Application or Website.

Dear team, I have loss the number # [protected]. And misused my number in other place. So I am requesting to you, please block the my number immediately. I do not want to any misuses reason of this regarding
