[Resolved] Idea Cellular — New idea network connection not activated after mnp | |||
I applied for mnp from airtel to idea. As per the process and the message i recieved, porting should have happened last night i. E. 12th may 2016 by 10:14pm. I lost my airtel connection at the same time. But the idea network is not active till now. Its been more than 14hrs since i lost connection. As per the rules a maximum of 4hrs is required for services to get activated after port. I was waiting for an important call this morning but because of idea, i could not get it. I also called idea customer care. But the executive just says that services will be active soon without giving reason. What is happening? This is highly intolerable. Services to be restored immediately, otherwise i will have to lodge a complaint against idea. Last month my 90 rupees cut from main balance. Then I call costumer care and they told that any Bollywood plan active on my phone. Then I told that please deactivate this and also deactivated. But this month automatic this service renewed. How can I deactivate this service and refund my balance
