[Resolved] Idea Cellular — No charge or credit | |||||
I am a new customer with Idea. My number [protected] is a pre-paid connection which got activated on 18th of this month. Same evening, I did an online recharge of Rs.12 on Idea Cellular website. The payment went successful. After a few minutes, I got a pop-up stating that as the mentioned amount was unavailable with Idea, my money would be credited back. It is 20th Dec and neither my money has been credited back nor Idea have recharged my phone which is causing a great deal of inconvenience. Now, I don't want my money back.
