Idea Cellular — Not Getting post paid bill and false selling

This is to inform you that you I, Sayan Kanti Panda have 2 main complaint regarding your Service. I have told so many times, but the problem is still not solved. At first, I owned a Vodafone no. [protected]. I was very satisfied by Vodafone service. One day, one agent naming Mr, Raghu ( ph: [protected]), contacted with me. and, gives me lucrative false scheme to convert me from vodafone to idea. Unluckily, I agreed to their proposal. Raghu gives false information regarding the connection and mis sale me. My telephonic conversation with Mr. raghu was recorded in my mobile phone. If necessary, i can produce this audio files. Such type of mis selling is not expected from a BIG BRAND LIKE IDEA .Mr. Raghu has a shop in Thakurpukur. And second, Still I don't get any Bill for my[protected] no. . I called so many times . But, all in vain. The Bill is still not reached to me. One thing, I make to clear, if the bill not reached to me, I don't give any payment. And, any fine also don't given by me. If necessary, I am ready to go to TRAI to complaint against you. My humble request to you, send my bill within few days. and, Change my connection after 3 month to Idea Prepaid.
