Idea Cellular — Number disconnected | |||
Sir, my number gets disconnected on 31.12.2015. iam using that number since 2009 and recently changed to IDEA under MNP. without specifying the reason the number gets disconnected. as i consulted the idea care and customer care they are saying that "we don't have any info regarding that number" so without having my details how they activated my new SIM. iam using that number with 100+ balance from 2 months and doing calls regularly. i have lot of contacts with that number as iam job-seeker many of the contacts react to this number only. please help me out of this registered name :: sunil disconnected mobile number : [protected] (MNP from docomo to Idea 2 months back) DND registered id send by idea team ::: 1-[protected] on[protected] idea care says :: number registerd with name SUNIL but we dont have further details we cannot provide that number customer care says :: (morning) please collect new sim from any idea care (on evening)== sorry we dont have any information registered with this number i didn't get any voice calls or intimating messages regarding the issue for disconnection please activate my number as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||

I received a phone call from IDEA team ([protected]) 3rd Jan 2016 at 18:00 hrs they said that you can get a new sim with the same mobile number from near by IDEA CARE by submitting the proofs. As when i visited idea care they said that they cannot provide the SIM as the status is showing INACTIVE on their screens. They ( Customer care 12345 and IDEA CARE in our town) are blaming each other. saying that FROM (I) 12345 side ::: YES there is a chance please go and get the sim by submitting proofs (II) IDEA CARE :::: the 12345(customer care) persons don't know any thing they simply get out of the issue by saying please visit IDEA CARE nearby and make a false promise to the customers. AS THEY ARE BLAMING ON EACH-OTHER THEN WHO COULD SOLVE MY ISSUE . I need that number if possible send a new simcard by activating my number i can pay the amount you need please solve the issue as soon as possible
