Idea customer care has called and informed about the new offer for the existing sim and service has been ported by providing false information about the package and other benefits which includes Netflix and Amazon prime. But post activation and confirmation with customer care neither of these offers are available in the existing plan or they don't have any such plans.Idea cellular is falsifying the information and getting the customers.
